About this event
*You do not need to register here through Meetup to join the event*
Join us for a creek cleanup!
Our trail team has been working on White Rock Creek, and now we need your help! Join us and the Friends of White Rock Creek Trail as we work together on White Rock Creek Trail to help keep trash out of the creek.
Meet us at 11551 Forest Central Dr Dallas Tx 75243 and look for the Greenspace Dallas tent.
What to wear: We will be working outdoors in areas that have poison ivy. Please wear boots or sturdy, closed-toe shoes, pants, and socks that come up to the calves. Due to poison ivy and mosquitos, we do not recommend ankle socks, yoga pants, or leggings.
Greenspace Dallas will provide: - Trash bags and grabbers - Safety and first aid materials - Back up bug spray and sunscreen - Work gloves - Water cooler to refill your water bottle
All ages welcome, dogs too!
Any changes will be posted to our instagram page. There are no bathrooms at this site.
