About this event

"Elements of Nature" is an interactive contemporary art exhibition exploring the wisdom nature offers through change, resilience, transformation, and presence. The exhibition features mostly large-scale abstract textured paintings inspired by metamorphosis, wind, water, erosion, fire, and organic growth. Together, these works invite viewers to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with themselves, others, and the natural world.

Mindful Art/Journaling Workshops

In conjunction with the exhibit, Daly will conduct a series of creative events, including Mindful Art and Journaling Workshops at TCC Trinity River.

• Each workshop lasts about 1.5 hours.

• The workshops are free to attend.

• All supplies will be provided.

• No prior experience is required.

The artist will also host a gallery tour in Spanish on Wednesday, November 4, 2–3 p.m.
