About this event

We are excited to highlight undergraduate research in our research labs. The top three posters will be awarded the opportunity to submit and present their research at the 2027 National Conference on Undergraduate Research ( NCUR ).

BMEN majors and students conducting research in BMEN tenure system faculty-led labs are encouraged to create a standard research poster (36 inches x 48 inches) and present it during the competition.

Students need to be ready to address research questions, applications of research, obstacles, future research, etc.

• Applications Open: August 17, 2026

• Application deadline: October 23, 2026

• Participation is limited to 25 posters

• Poster must be printed and delivered to BSB Bioengineering office by 5:00 pm on November 9, 2026

• Poster Competition in BSB Atrium: November 13, 2026, from 9:30 AM – 12 PM
