Deep Surrender This is your permission slip to slow down. In this 60 minute class, we’ll move gently and intentionally through deep stretches designed to open the body and quiet the mind. Each pose is held longer, giving you time to breathe, soften, and truly feel. With hands-on support from your teacher, you’ll be guided into deeper release—helping your body let go of tension and your nervous system find ease. It’s not about pushing. It’s about listening. It’s not about doing more. It’s about being here. Expect a calm space, soothing music, and a practice that leaves you feeling longer, lighter, and more connected to yourself.
