About this event
Ages 14U-18U: Develop the swing mechanics and rotational power required to produce consistent, authoritative contact. Players will train balance, rhythm, separation, sequencing, lower-half engagement, weight transfer, and barrel control through advanced drills and resistance training. Instruction is designed to improve swing efficiency, adjustability, and game-ready power. Training is built on explosive, fast twitch, and exit velocity numbers that high school/college coaches are looking for in potential prospects.
