About this event
Strong organizations don’t start over every year—they build on what came before. This interactive workshop equips outgoing and incoming Jonsson School student organization officers with practical tools to ensure smooth leadership transitions. Participants will learn how to document knowledge, transfer relationships, set expectations, and position their organization for continuity and long‑term success.
