- ➤ Simpoint, a proposed sports simulator studio offering golf simulation bays and a pickleball training simulator, was approved by council (special use permit granted) on Monday and will build at The Pines of Flower Mound with daily hours from 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. The Cross Timbers Gazette
- ➤ Local entrepreneur Marty Bryan is updating Ranchman’s Steakhouse in Ponder into Ranchman’s by Marty B (opening mid-to-late April) as he holds a grand opening for his Bartonville event center on April 2; his Marty B’s Coffee Co near FM 2499 in Flower Mound is set for spring 2027. - ➤ Sammy Brown Library will host the Texas America 250 Exhibit later in 2026 to honor the nation’s 250th anniversary (a celebration of local heritage) at its Flower Mound location. The exhibit will feature historical displays and educational programming for the community. Flower Mound Leader
