Bank of America will open a new branch at Harvest Town Center (northeast corner of FM 407 and Harvest Way near McDonald’s) with a drive-thru and covered ATM; construction will start in early July and finish by end of February, adding to the growing local retail development.
Flower Mound P&Z approved plans Monday evening for JSP Banquets, a 2,614 sqft hall in the building with Maya Creamery & Lounge along Flower Mound Road.
The hall will host up to 96 guests and is due for completion by Oct. 1.
