- ➤ The City of Denton announced that a new 147,000 square foot Target store will open this weekend at Rayzor Ranch Town Center on the southeast corner of I-35 and U.S. 380. - ➤ At its April meeting, the Flower Mound Town Council approved an agreement to build a permanent home for Fire Station 6, moving it from its temporary location at 6566 Stone Crest Road to a 6.64-acre lot at 6801 Canyon Falls Drive. Design will begin this summer, construction will start in spring 2026, and the project is expected to finish by summer 2027—responding to growing service needs. The Cross Timbers Gazette
