🏛️ Government
The Flower Mound Planning and Zoning Commission approved a site plan for Watermere Phase II— a senior-living project that will add 24 villas on a 3.38-acre tract with nine one-story buildings accessing Dixon Lane.
The plan now goes to the Town Council for review and will be followed by the submission of a detailed development plan.
