FMPD honored K9 Officer Ares with a retirement ceremony ahead of the Town Council meeting yesterday to recognize his seven years in the Narcotics Unit since 2019, and he will now enjoy quiet time at home with Officer Rodney Adame and his family.

After the council approved the permit, Chaluvadi Companies will open the 2,614 sqft JSP Banquet Hall in the building with Maya Creamery & Lounge on Flower Mound Road.
The hall will host events from 9 a.m. to midnight and is set to open in October.
