TeaCupFuls has filed plans to open a new boba shop at Argyle Station—corner of Hwy 377 and Frenchtown Road—with $75,000 renovations beginning at the end of July and finishing by the end of October; its Flower Mound location along FM 2499 will complete construction by the end of June.
Divine Leopard Collective in Lake Dallas will host a vendor market grand opening on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. where 12 local shops will offer unique products, margaritas, and festive treats following the closure of Painted Tree Boutiques nationwide.

Roanoke received a Media Production Development Zone designation from the Texas Film Commission on Monday, letting Film & Music LLC plan a renovation of the former Craft & Vine building into three studios and offices downtown.
The move is expected to boost job creation and stimulate local growth.
