  • Argyle’s Public Safety Department will host its 5th annual Child Safety Fair at 10 a.m. on June 7 at Liberty Christian School’s parking lot—families will learn about water, fire, gun, vehicle and poison safety as well as heatstroke and boat safety for summer activities.   • Northlake officials warned residents about a utility scam in Denton County after a local call claimed a past due CoServ Electric bill and a door-to-door collector was seen,+ police confirmed that CoServ does not send representatives in person and urged residents to verify billing requests directly with the company.  Family eGuide

  • Starting May 27, the Lewisville ISD will serve free, healthy meals for children as part of the Seamless Summer Option program— a plan by the USDA and the Texas Department of Agriculture— to help kids get proper food during summer break.
