- ➤ White Castle will break ground at its first Texas restaurant at The Colony in Grandscape on Tuesday, June 2 and is set to open later this year, potentially creating up to 100 new jobs—its menu features slider burgers and new options. The Cross Timbers Gazette
- ➤ Wabi House opened its new Japanese restaurant in Flower Mound today along FM 2499, replacing the former Parlor Doughnuts spot. The menu offers sushi + ramen, chicken wings, salmon and traditional sides, with a selection of cocktails, sake and beer also available. The Cross Timbers Gazette
