- ➤ Northlake Town Council changed its plan for Cleveland-Gibbs Road near Hwy 114 (the April decision to split the road was reversed) so that Gibbs Road stays west of I-35W and the eastern part returns to Cleveland-Gibbs Road. The council also plans to change a section renamed Dale Earnhardt Way (from 2016) back to Cleveland-Gibbs to form a continuous route from Litsey Road to I-35W. Family eGuide
