Ben and Jerry’s at The Shops at Highland Village will host an ice cream social on Tuesday from 2-4 p.m. at The Backyard (free cones will be given to the first 75 guests) with music and fun planned to welcome summer.

Dumpling Queen, a new restaurant on Flower Mound Road, opened for dine-in guests last Friday and now serves handmade dumplings, traditional pastries and other Asian dishes.
The restaurant began taking online orders Monday as owner Ruby Sun shares 40 years of family culinary expertise with locals.
🏈 Sports
UNT's Oluwatimilehim Williams advanced to the national championship track meet (for discus) and will compete in Oregon later this season during his debut at North Texas.
