Local Rotary clubs in Flower Mound are teaming with Rise Against Hunger on July 16-17 at Trietsch Memorial United Methodist Church on Morriss Road to assemble more than 300,000 meals for hungry children and collect 1,500 cans for local food banks.

🎓 Education
The Flower Mound Public Library hosts Ancient Adventures in STEAM for K-5 students today at 2:00 p.m. in the Community Program Room; registration is not required + the event is full.
🏛️ Government
Congressman Brandon Gill honored 22 local graduating seniors with appointments to U.S. military service academies at a reception in The Colony, where appointees received a flag flown over the Capitol.
They include future attendees of the Military, Naval, Merchant Marine, and Air Force Academies.
