Valley Creek College closed a deal on Wednesday to buy the former church building that once housed a family life center in Flower Mound so it can expand its campus.

President Dave Scriven said the 35,000-square-foot building will be turned into classrooms, a chapel, learning labs and a café—set to open in fall.
