Duff’s Jewelry will move into a standalone building at 2810 Flower Mound Road — the former Regions Bank space at the corner of Flower Mound Road and Long Prairie Road — to offer a larger space and improved security for owner Brandon Alford.
Construction will begin July 25 and the move is expected to be complete by Thanksgiving.
Talitha Schmidt, a Lantana mom, left her corporate sales job four years ago to start Conserva Irrigation and build her reputation for fixing sprinkler systems and solving tough yard issues in Flower Mound & Argyle.
Today her team uses smart technology and expert know-how to help homes maintain beautiful lawns.

Dr. Buddy Bonner resigned from Lewisville ISD’s Board of Trustees because a family member falls under the district’s nepotism rules—he served on several committees and noted his gratitude for voter support during his term.
LISD will fill his vacant seat within 180 days.
