- ➤ Flower Mound’s Economic Development staff has launched a new Retail and Restaurant Survey to gather residents' top 20 picks for future stores and dining options. Residents can take the survey online until Aug. 31, and results will be available in early fall (which follow attractive projects from the last survey in 2022). City of Flower Mound
- ➤ Flower Mound officials announced that the Retail and Restaurant Survey is open through Aug. 31 to gather input on which stores and restaurants residents want—survey results will guide recruitment efforts and are expected in early fall. This survey follows a similar effort in 2022 that led to interest in major retailers such as Trader Joe’s and H-E-B. The Cross Timbers Gazette

- ➤ The Denton County Sheriff’s Office urged residents to follow summer safety tips by staying hydrated, reapplying sunscreen, and taking breaks from the heat—especially when near pools or lakes.
