The Argyle Business Association will host the Argyle Home & Garden Show with 80 local businesses.

The free event runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 5 at the Robson Ranch Banquet Center, where guests can enter a drawing for a diamond necklace.

Texas Education Agency released 2026 Accountability Ratings on Friday, showing Argyle ISD earned an A (scoring 92) while Denton ISD fell to a C; several campuses improved after targeted support and other southern Denton County schools received mixed grades.
