Denton County Brewing Company will set up its brewing and dining venue at the Harvest farmhouse this fall, replacing Farmhouse Coffee & Treasures.
The new space will serve handcrafted pizza, artisan coffee and locally crafted beer, and will host live music, trivia and community events to bring neighbors together.
🏛️ Government
Denton County commissioners approved a burn ban yesterday due to dry, hot conditions & rising wildfire risks.
The ban, which stops outdoor burning and open-flame cooking with fines up to $500 for violations, remains in effect until officials end the state of disaster.
📰 Real Estate
Construction began Monday at 600 South Oak Street in downtown Roanoke for a boutique hotel and city-owned convention center with 205 guest rooms.
The city said the project is a major step forward in downtown development, and its brand will be revealed at the September groundbreaking.
