On Sept 27, Keep Flower Mound Beautiful will host Eco-Action Day that includes a community cleanup and recycling drop-off at Flower Mound High School—volunteer check-in starts at 8:30 a.m. and the environmental fair begins at 10 a.m. volunteers must sign up ahead for a cleanup location.

The Summit Club of Flower Mound will host its eighth annual Honoring Our Heroes blood drive at Cross Timbers Family YMCA on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.—it is partnering with Carter BloodCare to give donors an exclusive Dallas Cowboys t-shirt while supplies last.
The drive honors local first responders and a resident who needed 94 units of blood after a severe accident and will aim to collect over 200 units to help local hospitals.
