Local seniors will host the Seniors in Motion Craft Fair at the Senior Center, 2701 W.

Windsor Dr., on Saturday, Oct. 4 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.—over 50 local vendors will sell handmade jewelry, home décor, holiday gifts, and original art while the SIM Advisory Board offers concessions and baked goods.

Strong Pilates will begin construction on its new studio in suite 140 at The Shops at Highland Village on Oct.20 and expects to finish by December's end — the fitness studio offers low-impact, high intensity workouts that combine cardio, resistance and strength training as part of its global expansion plan.

Coaches in Flower Mound advise student-athletes to balance schoolwork and sports as they start the 2025—26 school year.
