- ➤ The Flower Mound Public Library is expanding its 11th annual Art Party to include artwork from homeschool students in grades K-12—submissions are accepted from Oct. 20 at 9 a.m. until Nov. 3 at 5 p.m. The after-hours event on Nov. 7 from 5-7 p.m. requires a completed submission form and artwork drop-off at 3030 Broadmoor Ln. HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Medical City Lewisville gave a $5,000 donation to the Cross Timbers Family YMCA in Flower Mound in celebration of the newly named Medical City ER Cross Timbers—this donation will help fund new CPR equipment including an AED and support emergency care for residents coping with I-35E construction delays.
