Lantana Monster Mile returns Saturday, Oct.
24 from 5 to 7 p.m. along Lantana Trail, featuring live characters, decorations and 27 candy stations that attract about 2,000 costumed children and families. A local-run event precedes the Lantana Ladies League Holiday Market on Tuesday, Nov. 17 at Lantana Golf Club.
On Oct. 11, a Northlake family reported that their son's cherished stuffed dog, Dukie, was left on American Airlines Flight 1987 returning from New York.
Neighbors are asked to share any information to help reunite the boy with his longtime friend from Nat & Jules.
