- ➤ After Vandegrift High School's equipment truck was hit by a train on Nov. 4 while heading to the UIL State Marching Contest, Flower Mound Band Director Brent Biskup led volunteers from other high schools to quickly deliver instruments—ensuring the band continued its performance without injuries. - ➤ The City of Justin apologized Wednesday after a city employee called police on a youth baseball team using an unreserved field on Tuesday. - ➤ In October, Flower Mound's luxury home market remained strong as a 5,598-square-foot estate on Bridle Bit Road in Bartonville sold for $1.9 million after 34 days on market.
