- ➤ Wendy’s is planning a new restaurant on Hwy 114 near Northwest ISD Stadium and close to Texas Motor Speedway and Tanger Outlets. The $850,000 project with indoor seating and a drive-thru will begin construction in early February and be completed in June. The Cross Timbers Gazette
