- ➤ On Tuesday, Hillwood announced a new logistics district in AllianceTexas in partnership with BNSF Railway and the City of Fort Worth that will help lower transportation costs and make moving freight easier. The 1,400-acre zone will let companies use autonomous vehicles and carry heavy loads without special permits, and a $20 million bridge over FM 156 will connect warehouse spaces—completion is expected by late 2026.
