Icebreaker (with coffee!) Check in, grab a coffee, and join us for some structured conversations to help us get to know each other, our projects, and what we want to get from the weekend. (Join us when you can; we know people will be coming from work, etc.)

Writing Sprints Stretch your fingers, bench your inner-editor, and keep your eyes on the doc! Compete with yourself and others for word count. This exercise is great to write yourself out of a plot hole, learn about your characters, or even start something new.

Writing Time Find a cozy space and disappear into your world.

One-on-Ones Share your doc and get live, unfiltered feedback. We'll pause to fix errors, ask questions, and enhance your craft line by line for 30 minutes.

Pacing Workshop One of the most useful tools for keeping your reader engaged is pacing. Learning how to time your story and when events should happen is key. In this workshop, we will look at pacing from a large novel level down to a scene by scene level.

Voice Workshop Learn how to discover your unique voice as a writer.

Mix & Mingle Make friends with people who understand your passion and your struggles. Who knows, you may even meet a critique partner.
