Move in time to upbeat music in this Vinyasa style class where the focus is fun! We will start with a warm up, learn a series of yoga postures, then put them to music- first slowly, then faster. Don’t worry, you’ll still get your Savasana at the end! You don’t need any dance experience, but an intermediate knowledge of yoga poses will make it easier when it’s time to move. Temp mid to high 70s
