The Heights Church in Richardson, Texas, is excited to welcome bestselling authors, counselors, and Raising Boys & Girls podcast hosts Sissy Goff and David Thomas on Friday, November 6, for Raising Capable Kids—a practical workshop for parents of children of all ages.
Children are growing up amid increasing pressure, and anxiety, stress, and self-doubt can make it hard to face challenges with confidence. Drawing on decades of experience with children and families and their book Capable, Sissy and David will share relatable stories and practical tools to help parents nurture confidence, resilience, responsibility, and capability in their kids. Leave encouraged and equipped to help your child do hard things, recover from setbacks, and move forward with confidence and hope.
