Meatless Meals: A Mexican Meal

Hands on. You will be cooking with a small team in this class. Join us for an exploration of some enticing, meatless dishes from Mexico. Working with a small team, you'll make a fresh salad; a stuffed chile; an enchilada-like dish with a tomato sauce; a savory, creamy corn pudding; and a classic dessert. For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine with your meal. For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
