- ➤ Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service’s Healthy Lawns and Healthy Waters Program is partnering with the Tarrant Regional Water District to offer a free residential training on rainwater harvesting and turf management on April 14 in Lewisville at the Annex Building of the Upper Trinity Regional Water District Event Center from 1-5 p.m.—organizers say the event will include soil testing and guidance on proper fertilizer application and irrigation practices to reduce runoff and improve water quality.
