LIFESTYLE NEWS
- ➤ Gardeners in Flower Mound may find creamy, white grubs that curl into a C-shape when digging in their gardens; these are the larvae of beetles, usually the June beetle, that feed on the roots of grass and plants from April through September. Homeowners can check for grubs by digging six-inch holes in various spots — if fewer than five grubs per square foot are found, significant damage is unlikely. Family eGuide
