- ➤ BGCGTC announced Monday that a permanent Boys-and-Girls Club branch will be established in Denton County after Lewisville donated a former fire station at 195 W.-Corporate Drive; the facility will offer low-cost after-school and summer programs for over 6,000 youth per year by 2026 while the city finalizes legal documents with a closing date set for later this summer. - ➤ Dig World amusement park will open at Grapevine Mills Mall in early 2026. - ➤ Local leaders fully funded the 407 Breakout project to expand FM 407 from Cleveland Gibbs Road to Gateway Drive plus add lanes, but right-of-way delays by Hillwood have pushed the project from FY25 to FY27.
